CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for our client working within Prefabricated Plant Room Manufacturing Operations based in Darra, QLD. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of prefabricated plant room projects (typically up to 6 concurrent builds, averaging ~$800K per project). The role combines project delivery, workshop operations, supplier coordination, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of multiple prefabricated plant room builds from planning through to completion Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, workshop teams, and suppliers Manage procurement, stock ordering, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery Establish and grow a reliable local supplier and subcontractor network Coordinate closely with NZ-based engineering, design, and project teams Assist with design coordination and constructability input Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets across concurrent builds Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met across all works Support documentation, QA/QC processes, and project reporting Assist with site installation and project mobilisation where required Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager within construction, prefab, modular, or mechanical environments Strong experience managing multiple projects concurrently Background in workshop, fabrication, plant, HVAC, or packaged systems highly regarded Ability to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics independently Experience working closely with engineering and design teams A proactive mindset with the ability to build systems, processes, and relationships from scratch Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders What We Can Offer: Up to $140,000 Super Rare opportunity to be the first hire in Australia for an established NZ business Build and shape a new workshop and delivery operation from the ground up High level of autonomy and ownership in your role Long-term growth potential as the Australian business expands Work closely with an experienced and supportive NZ-based leadership team How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Plant Management, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
