Administrative Support Role
This role is designed to provide administrative assistance to the Sydney Heart Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality secretarial and administration support, ensuring the efficient running of the area through coordination and provision of administrative and clerical duties.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Sydney Heart Centre
* Coordinate and provide administrative and clerical duties
* Accurately enter data into relevant systems
* Respond to telephone enquiries and scheduling appointments
* Manage dictations and correspondence related to clinics held in the Sydney Heart Centre
Requirements:
* Able to work flexible shifts
* Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
* Strong communication skills
