As a Supervisor, you'll take ownership of site-based operations, leading from the front to ensure quality builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the coordination of trades and contractors
* Manage site staff and uphold a high-performance, safety-first culture
* Ensure all materials are procured and ordered in line with project timelines
* Track project costs and adhere to strict budgets
* Liaise with clients and maintain clear communication from site start through to handover
* Report to senior management on progress, risks, and variations
* Deliver homes defect-free and manage rectification where required
* Drive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards
