WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Studio host & first impression.
You're the warm welcome every client receives when they walk through our door - making them feel relaxed, excited, and completely taken care of from the moment they arrive.
Keeper of the day.
You'll own the studio schedule and keep sessions running smoothly.
Team leader.
You'll support and guide your make up & photography team - keeping everyone organised, positive, and focused so they can do their best creative work.
Experience curator.
You'll help create the conditions where clients feel safe, celebrated, and empowered - because the experience begins long before the camera clicks.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU'RE COMING FROM
Hospitality
Café supervisor, FOH manager, restaurant team leader. You're brilliant with people but done with late nights and split shifts.
Retail
Store or assistant manager from a boutique, beauty retailer, or lifestyle brand where customer experience is everything.
Wellness & beauty
Salon coordinator, spa manager, fitness studio manager, or practice manager who thrives on creating exceptional client journeys.
