We're a well-established boutique firm based in Southport with a diverse client base across business services, tax, and advisory. The work is varied, the clients keep things interesting, and no two days really do look the same — although yes, there will still be tax returns. We are, unfortunately, still accountants.
You'll work closely with partners on advisory matters, review and mentor junior team members, and have the autonomy to manage your workflow without feeling like every email needs to survive a committee review process first.
The team itself is collaborative, experienced, and refreshingly low on ego. People help each other out, knowledge gets shared freely, and nobody's pretending a Friday afternoon beer is a substitute for having an actually enjoyable workplace culture.

What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years experience in Australian public practice
* CA completed or near completion
* Strong technical capability across business services and tax
* Confidence managing client relationships
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Someone looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the firm
* Experience with Xero is a bonus, but not essential
