Position Summary
* Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team
* Responsible for the co-ordination of the HR activities, programs and initiatives - creating a space for associates to gather and belong
* Be a point of contact for all recruitment needs of the hotel whilst following Marriott's talent acquisition requirements
* Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
* Be a point of contact for associate general enquires about HR policies and guidelines
* Support the team with TakeCare events and activities, creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.
