Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, identifying and documenting benefits, defining benefits realisation plans, crafting key messages, measuring and documenting baseline pre-program establishment, capturing and documenting key measurables, analysing raw data, and developing content for communications.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in benefits documentation, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using communication tools, excellent organisational and time management skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.

Essential Requirements:

* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Benefits Project Officer or similar in digital environments.
