Mammoet is seeking an experienced Crane and Rigging Supervisor to join our Maintenance and Shutdown division across various sites in the Pilbara on a 4x2 Roster FIFO from Perth.
The primary role of the Supervisor will be to oversee and prepare for the lifting of heavy items in accordance with local regulations and in a safe and effective manner. You will be at the forefront of lifting operations and will ultimately be accountable for ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our Clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee mobilizing and demobilizing of equipment and personnel
- Lead a team with a range of different roles and skills
- Provide direction and expert knowledge
- Supervision of the job progress
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively
Requirements
- 2 years Supervising experience in crane and rigging operations within a mining industry
- Current and valid Australian Driver's License
- Section 44 Certificate or equivalent Schedule 26
- Experience as an Open Crane Operator
- Excellent Communication Skills
