We are looking for a Customer Support Representative; someone who thrives on helping customers, enjoys problem‐solving, and delivers exceptional service across multiple communication channels. You'll play a key role in supporting schools and ensuring they get the most out of our products.
What you'll be doing
* Deliver prompt, efficient, and reliable support in line with our Service Level Commitments
* Assist customers via phone, email, and online support meetings
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product‐related queries
* Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of our software and contribute to internal knowledge base articles
* Escalate issues where needed to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture at Tes Australia
About You
* Passionate about supporting customers and making a meaningful impact
* Experience in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way
* Highly organised, self‐motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable using technology, particularly Office 365
* Quick to learn new software — full training provided during your first three months
