With a team of close to 60 high-calibre professionals based in newly renovated industrial-style Adelaide offices — and a rapidly growing presence in Perth — C&L combines technical excellence with practical commercial insight. The firm offers a comprehensive suite of services including compliance, tax advisory, consulting, bookkeeping and broader business support, and is recognised for providing personalised, meaningful advice that drives real results for clients.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Consulting, the Manager, Corporate Consulting will play a key role across a diverse range of corporate advisory engagements. This position offers hands-on involvement in preparing bank refinance packs, building and refining detailed financial models, developing KPI dashboards, delivering governance advice and conducting performance analysis. You will prepare management accounts, consolidated results and board-ready reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information. The role also supports transaction-related activities including financial and vendor due diligence, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings and post-transaction integration. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional who enjoys detailed analytical work and contributing directly to high-quality client outcomes.

The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years' relevant experience in corporate consulting, transaction services or a senior finance reporting/analyst role. You will demonstrate strong technical accounting capability, well-developed financial modelling skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. A high level of attention to detail, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You will bring a proactive approach, strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders in a practical, client-focused environment.
