A rare opportunity for an experienced Credit Risk professional to step into a senior leadership role, partnering closely with the Chief Risk Officer and Executive team to shape and lead the Credit Risk function.
This role will take ownership of the Credit Risk Management Framework, providing independent second line oversight while ensuring alignment to regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
You will play a critical role in strengthening risk governance, delivering strategic insights, and supporting sustainable portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and continuously enhance the Credit Risk Management Framework, ensuring alignment to risk appetite and regulatory expectations
* Provide independent second line oversight across the credit lifecycle, including provisioning, decisioning models and portfolio performance
* Own and manage credit risk appetite settings, including KRIs and Board reporting
* Influence and drive a strong risk culture across the organisation
