Deliver business value by driving fund-level initiatives and supporting fund managers in achieving strategic objectives.
This is a key enabling role that supports the General Manager, Funds Performance and Strategic Projects.
You will lead business improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
About You
You will bring confidence and varied experience working across fund strategy, project delivery, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
You will have a sound ability to critically analyse information, prepare board papers, lead meetings, and manage non-routine initiatives from idea inception to execution.
Fund Strategy:
* Work with Fund Managers on top-down fund management strategy across both infrastructure and real estate.
* Support fund managers in delivering annual fund strategies.
Reporting & Business Insights:
* Prepare and distribute key c-suite business reports.
* Assist with corporate transactions within existing funds.
Project & Process Management:
* Manage existing products (including fund wind-ups).
* Drive business improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Committee Coordination:
* Lead the preparation and coordination of papers for Investment, Executive, and Fund Performance Committees.
* Set agendas and document committee activities.
Executive Reporting:
* Support Project Control Group activities.
* Provide progress updates to senior stakeholders.
