About the role
As our Part-Time Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and placing top talent into veteran-appropriate roles. You'll be working independently, managing your own workload and hours, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:
* End-to-end recruitment (job ads, sourcing, screening, interviews)
* Engaging with employers and candidates to ensure great matches
* Supporting our veteran community with advice and guidance
* Maintaining clear records and recruitment pipelines
This is an independent role, ideal for someone who wants meaningful, part-time work with flexibility and purpose.
About you
You're an experienced recruiter who understands the value veterans bring to the workforce. You may have served yourself or simply have a strong appreciation for the challenges and opportunities involved in transitioning from military life to civilian employment.
You'll also bring:
* Previous recruitment experience (essential)
* Ability to work independently and manage your time
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for helping people find the right fit
* Familiarity with veteran employment pathways (a bonus, not required)
