A highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager is required to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing heavy equipment consignments and growing your territory through exceptional new business development skills.
About the Role:
This exciting role offers a dynamic and exhilarating environment for a machinery enthusiast who can maximise sales from new and existing customers. You will work closely with buyers and sellers to facilitate and grow auction sales, identifying opportunities and acting on them effectively.
* Secure heavy equipment consignments and fill the auction yard ahead of each sale date.
* Grow your territory through superior new business development skills and maximise consignments using your established network of contacts in the industry.
* Consignment of equipment to any Euro Auctions sale site around the world, maximising earning potential.
* Conduct business activities globally, leveraging your professional network to expand your territory.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A proven sales record with minimum 4 years' experience in the Construction, Agriculture, Transport Sector, or associated industries.
* Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
* Strong knowledge of the current national and global market, including trends and developments in the industry.
* An already established network of contacts within the industry, enabling effective collaboration and opportunity identification.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
