Property Manager – Experienced | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established and growing team on the Central Coast.

The Role
In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing your own portfolio, including:
* Manage your own portfolio end-to-end
* Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Manage arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
* Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
* Attend tribunal matters when required
About You
We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and takes pride in their work:
* Experience in residential property management
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Highly organised and able to work autonomously
* Professional, reliable, and team-focused
* Current Certificate of Registration or Licence
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
