**How will I help?**
As the Team Member in Payments, your new role will focus on supporting our internal and external customers with international payments and investigations.
Responsibilities include:
- Investigating outstanding items, including international payments that have been sent or received and require further investigation
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for both internal and external customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing customer complaints
- Providing information to support the investigation and decisioning of outstanding payment issues and compensation
Maintaining current knowledge of changing processes introduced by external and internal clients
**What do I need?**
- Strong product knowledge and expertise in SWIFT formatting
- Understanding of Privacy and Risk compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn current systems and processes
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Banking/Finance services knowledge and experience desirable
