About the role
You will join our Leadership Team at Margan and work collaboratively with our seniors across all Direct-to-Consumer channels, especially our on-site operations.
Use your passion for wine to look after our loyal wine club fans who visit us as well as engage new visitors to our cellar door.
Your responsibilities include:
The curation and delivery of outstanding guest experiences for all Margan customers, on site.
Driving sales and memberships for our Wine Club and Cellar Door.
Leading and managing the team to achieve collective goals.
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service, across all touchpoints of the business.
Initiative, flexibility and the ability to motivate and train a team to produce results.
Strategic planning and organisational skills with an ability to think creatively and strategically.
Previous proven experience working in a similar sales role.
Wine knowledge and/or prior experience working in the wine industry.
Wine Club management, retail, marketing and/or other related experience would be an advantage for this role.
