A large FMCG company has an urgent need for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to assist the Finance team, due to extended leave, based in Caboolture. You will join a fast-paced team environment and will be provided with training on the systems.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities include:
* Entering and processing Sales Orders
* Matching Purchase Orders and processing invoices
* Banking, receipting, and allocating payments
* Dealing with customer queries
* Bank reconciliations
* Sales and Management reporting
* Ad hoc administration tasks
About You
The successful applicant will have:
* Experience as a Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail
* Enjoyment of a role with variety and learning new systems
