We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our team at Pakenham Springs Children's Centre.
At Pakenham Springs Children's Centre, we are passionate about inspiring a love of learning through rich, play-based experiences. Our warm and welcoming environment encourages children to explore, create, improvise, and imagine, while feeling safe, supported, and valued.
We believe every child is a capable, competent, and confident learner. Our educators empower children to lead their own learning through meaningful exploration and experimentation, while providing guidance to take considered, age-appropriate risks. This approach supports children to build confidence, strengthen collaboration skills, and develop positive communication with both peers and adults.

This is a part-time ongoing position for 17.5 hours per week, working Monday and Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm and Tuesday from 8:00am-9:30am, in the Blue (4-year-old) room.
About you
* You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
* You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
* You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
* You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
* You value kindness and respect.
* You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
* You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
