Reliability Supervisor – Leading Food Manufacturing Group
We're partnering with a leading national food manufacturer to appoint a hands-on Reliability Supervisor to lead a small, capable maintenance team and drive continuous improvement across a key production line.
This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the action while building team capability, improving processes, and creating structure in a high-performing and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 4 to 5, including fitters and electricians
Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, balancing hands-on support with leadership and delegation
Manage projects focused on reliability, efficiency, and preventative maintenance
Build strong relationships with contractors and ensure service agreements deliver results
Support site improvement projects and develop team culture and performance
Work closely with senior leadership to establish structure, stability, and consistency within the maintenance function
What We're Looking For
Electrical trade or engineering background with strong maintenance and reliability experience
Proven leadership ability and the confidence to coach, delegate, and develop others
Hands-on and proactive with the initiative to identify and follow through on improvements
Positive mindset and practical communication style
Comfortable operating within a structured environment while maintaining autonomy
Someone looking to grow into a more senior leadership role over time
