Role Overview
Our Compliance team within the Risk Management Group partners closely with the Commodities and Global Markets business to ensure regulatory obligations are clearly understood and effectively managed. Working within Futures Compliance, you will support the Futures Execution and Clearing businesses, helping them operate with confidence in a complex regulatory environment.
Responsibilities
As a Compliance Manager, you will provide practical compliance and regulatory advice to our Futures Execution and Futures Clearing businesses. You will assess regulatory risks, partner with business and risk stakeholders to address compliance matters, and contribute to effective risk management outcomes. Acting as a key representative for Compliance, you will build strong relationships across internal stakeholders, committees, and industry bodies. Your ability to interpret regulations and deliver clear, balanced advice will support a dynamic and fast‐evolving business.
Requirements
* A sound understanding of financial markets, particularly listed markets, with knowledge or experience in futures products
* A solution‐focused approach with strong commercial awareness and an interest in applying complex regulatory requirements in a practical way
* The ability to communicate clearly and confidently, including presenting advice to senior stakeholders
* Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
* Good judgement and decision‐making capability in a fast‐paced and evolving environment
