You will oversee our key accounts in Brisbane and Queensland, manage major metalworking accounts, and develop new business by driving cross-selling and customer satisfaction initiatives as part of our strategic growth plan.

Responsibilities
Abide the safety rules and guidelines of Quaker Houghton Australia Pty Ltd and customer's requirements.
Develop and implement strategic business plans that will generate growth, increase market share and achieve company sales and gross margin targets.
Identifying new opportunities and accounts in the targeted market segments and establish programs and relationships to create product and service demand.
Prepare and create customer presentations, proposals and commercial offers that demonstrates the benefits Quaker Houghton Australia Pty Ltd's solutions-based approach can offer.
Coordinate and manage full turnkey projects from initial concept through to commissioning.
Aids in the transfer of technology and best practices through all the organization, and conducts internal training and customer presentations.
Attend and participate in conferences and trade shows as appropriate.
Create and manage CRM sales pipeline of key targets and opportunities to achieve individual set financial targets.
Requirements
Degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or any business-related area
5+ years' experience of specific industry knowledge and product chemistry
5+ years proven Business Development experience in related market
