Job Title: Regional Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering apprenticeship support services across East Gippsland and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will conduct the sign-up process of Australian Apprentices (AA) in person, providing consistent and accurate information about their apprenticeship, conditions, rights, and obligations under the Training Contract.
You will ensure the appropriateness of the apprenticeship arrangements, including determining the appropriate qualification for the apprenticeship, and assist AAs and employers to understand and complete the Training Contract and access support services to improve AA completion rates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential apprentices to discuss their options and provide guidance on the apprenticeship process.
* Determine the suitability of apprenticeships for individuals and businesses, ensuring that all parties understand their roles and responsibilities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, training providers, and government agencies.
About You:
* Organised and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding targets.
* Experience working in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship System.
Requirements:
* Strong communication, liaison, and networking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and external computer-based databases.
* Ability to interpret Government guidelines and VET legislation.
