We are Loveland Electric II, LLC, one of the top Electrical Contractors in South Florida!
We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Electrical Superintendent with Industrial experience to join our team. This full-time position reports to the Project Manager and requires solid industrial experience, with at least 6-8 years in a supervisory role. The role involves overseeing a crew of approximately 15 workers at a Water Treatment Plant in West Melbourne, FL. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of the Electric Code and its applications, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee all electrical operations and onsite crew
* Coordinate manpower and quality control
* Schedule onsite personnel and production
* Generate weekly forecasts for material and manpower needs
* Communicate effectively and timely with office personnel, general contractor, and electrical inspector
* Attend weekly meetings with the General Superintendent and Project Manager
* Plan and procure materials
* Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures
* Submit daily reports
* Submit weekly payroll hours
Skills Required:
* Thorough knowledge of the Electric Code and its application
* Ability to read and follow plans and specifications
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail
* Basic computer skills
Qualifications:
* Active Electrical Journeyman License (not required but preferred)
* Industrial experience (preferred but not required)
* 6-8 years in a supervisory role
* Extensive knowledge of the electrical trade
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
* Ability to pass background and drug screening
