We seek a Full-Time Sales Administrator to provide support to our growing team in Virginia. This is a fast paced but very rewarding role, that will require you to work efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities will include:
* Processing quotes
* Processing & monitoring trials
* Processing & coordinating orders
* Point of contact for customers
* Providing Customer Service to all ILS customers as required
* Following up funding approval against open ATP quotes
* Monitoring ATP Open Orders
* Facilitate the quoting, rental and sale of products.
* Identify and facilitate referrals to other internal departments.
* Answer customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Use Service Management System to log, update, follow-up, close and archive customer requests.
