Job Summary:


The Payment Services Officer is a specialized role that involves working collaboratively with vendors and department managers to ensure timely financial transactions and adherence to standard work practices.



Key Responsibilities:



* Undertake clerical tasks as assigned, including updating vendor master files, scanning orders and invoices, processing supplier payments, and performing other administrative duties.
