Lead Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled Lead Care Professional to join our team in full-time capacity. This leadership opportunity will enable you to make a genuine difference in the lives of older people and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with teams to deliver high-quality care and services across a 24/7 basis, supporting the General Manager to achieve optimal commercial results, leading and developing a skilled cohesive team, and ensuring compliance with legislated requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have passion for working in the care sector where your efforts make a genuine difference, demonstrated commercial acumen within a services environment, proven hands-on approach with a focus on customer service and leadership, and highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven track record in financial, human and asset management
* Demonstrated capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team
