Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the HR team with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes, employee assistance, and administration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Champion our company values of Curiosity, Accountability, Collaboration, and Ambition
* End-to-end recruitment including managing employee relocations
* Employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
* Communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Occasional travel to site as required
* Employee support – responding to employee queries in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or similar
* Diploma in Human Resources is advantageous
* Bachelor's Degree in related field is desirable
* Minimum three to five years relevant experience in HR, ideally within the manufacturing or resources sector
* Payroll processing or support experience is desirable
