* Help shape the future of Inflammatory Bowel Disease services at Liverpool Hospital, we are looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Grade 2) to join our team.
* The IBD unit is a centre that values clinical leadership, continuous improvement, and patient centred innovation.
* Champion evidence-based practice by integrating the latest IBD research, biologic therapies, and clinical guidelines into everyday care.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including gastroenterologists, dietitians, pharmacists, psychologists, and surgeons to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
* Empower patients through education on disease management, medication adherence, lifestyle strategies, and self-advocacy.
* Contribute to service development by identifying gaps, improving clinical pathways, and participating in quality improvement projects.
* Support clinical trials and data collection to advance IBD research and improve long term outcomes for the community.

* You bring strong clinical expertise in gastroenterology, chronic disease management, or acute care nursing.
