We're aiming to make Australia waste-free for all.BINGO Industries is looking for a Machine Operator to join our team at Braeside.Role & Responsibilities:Operate plant and equipment within the Recycling Facility to achieve operational outcomes.Operate front-end loaders and excavators.Provide support services to assist in the operation of the business unit.Promote and apply personal safety, environmental, and quality awareness in the workplace.Check daily instructions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Ensure machinery is maintained, fueled, parked, and inspected at the end of each shift.What makes you a GOgetter:$1500 Sign-on bonus1-3 years' experience operating excavators and/or front-end loaders.Ability to work day shifts with occasional varied shifts.Relevant licenses and tickets; VOC training is acceptable.Experience in waste industry, civil, construction, mining, or quarry work is advantageous.Ability to read safety signs and communicate clearly via 2-way radio.What you receive as a GOgetter:Weekly pay.Achievable bonus structure up to $6 per hour.Opportunity to earn $1500 for every friend you refer to BINGO.Training and advancement opportunities.Employee benefits including novated car leasing, discounted health insurance, recognition programs, and retailer discounts.At BINGO, we are committed to building a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
