Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and work from landscape and civil construction plans
* Perform earthworks and site preparation including grading and excavation
* Install concrete elements such as paths, kerbs, and footings
* Build retaining walls, edging, fencing, and other landscape structures
* Carry out soft landscaping tasks such as turf installation, tree planting, mulching, and soil preparation
* Experience with swimming pools is desirable
* All areas of pool plumbing
* Install irrigation systems and drainage infrastructure
* Operate small machinery and tools (e.g., excavators, skid steers, compactors)
* Work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OH&S regulations
* Perform quality checks and report progress to supervisors
Qualifications and Experience
* 2+ years experience in civil or structural landscaping (preferred)
* Certificate III in Landscape Construction (desirable but not essential)
* Experience of in ground swimming pool construction (desirable but not essential)
* Construction White Card (mandatory)
* Relevant plant and machinery tickets (e.g., Excavator, Skid Steer – advantageous)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Valid driver's licence and own transport

* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Strong understanding of site safety practices and protocols
* Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor, manual work
