Role Description
The Business Banking Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Sydney Area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business customer relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. Key responsibilities include client acquisition, risk management, fostering growth opportunities within the local community, and contributing to business objectives by achieving financial and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and services, financial acumen, and an understanding of business lending solutions.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and stakeholders, with a focus on excellent customer service.
* Demonstrated skills in developing sales strategies, promoting financial growth, and providing customized banking solutions.
* Proficiency in risk management practices, compliance, and industry regulations related to business banking.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Previous experience in a similar role or in the banking and financial services industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
