Disability Support Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The role involves providing direct support to customers in their day-to-day living, including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as assisting them to access and engage with their community.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About You

* Ability to work shift work, including regular sleepovers/overnight shifts, weekends and public/school holidays
* Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team
* Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
* Ability to use computers and learn various software/programs
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
