As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse caseload that includes both children and adults, providing expert care and support. You'll benefit from supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, ensuring you feel supported in every aspect of your role.

You'll thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, working alongside Psychologists, Speech Therapists, and Therapy Assistants, all dedicated to delivering holistic, outcomes-focused care.

Day to Day responsibilities

* Supporting parents and families to understand the NDIS and make informed decisions.
* Conducting standardised and non-standardised assessments.
* Planning, implementing, and evaluating individual therapy programs.
* Completing documentation and preparing functional reports in line with professional standards.
* Collaborating with clients, families, support staff, and other allied health professionals.
* Assessing home and school environments, and recommending aids, equipment, or modifications as needed.
* Providing education and information to clients, families, support staff, and allied health teams

What You Will Need

* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Minimum 1 year\'s clinical experience
* Current driver\'s license (essential for travel between sites)
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain
* First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
