The Role
A rare and exciting opportunity for an energetic and adaptable Relief Village Manager to join our Keyton team in Victoria. This is not a traditional Village Manager role. As a Relief Village Manager, you will step into villages across the VIC region, providing short‐term leadership support during periods of leave, vacancies, or transition. You will be trusted to quickly assess each environment, build robust relationships, lead confidently, and ensure a seamless experience for residents, staff, and families. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys travel, and is motivated by challenge while making a meaningful difference in retirement living communities.

Key Responsibilities
* Building strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external stakeholders
* Delivering performance and creating lifestyle solutions for our residents, including events, communications, and general safety across the village
* Maintaining a high level of commitment to the customer and the community
* Implementing day‐to‐day operational plans and maintenance programs
* Be the point of contact for staff, residents and their families, being approachable and always presenting excellent customer service
* Responding in a professional and prompt manner to customer sales enquiries
* Working on the Sale or Resale process
* Assisting with the activation of community engagement events and initiatives
* General administration tasks
* First Aid, CPR Certificates and a driver's licence with own transport
* Police Check and an annual flu vaccination between May–November with supporting documentation prior to joining
Who You Are
* Have demonstrated experience in roles focused on community connection and engagement
* Have excellent people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
* Have strong financial acumen, with demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial reporting
* Proven experience in asset management, ideally within property, facilities, or retirement living
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with a commitment to resident wellbeing
* Experienced in operational management, with strong organisational, consultative and negotiation skills
* Have excellent computer skills (confident with Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications)
* Resilient and a problem‐solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace
* Customer‐centric, always putting the needs and satisfaction of residents first
* A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors
* Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniors
* Have or be willing to obtain an Agents Representative Certificate/Real Estate Licence
