**This role is based in Westfield Northland in Preston (Melbourne) and is accessible by public transport.**
The Store Manager role is the perfect opportunity for current Managers who are experienced in working as part of a professional hospitality chain, or current highly experienced Shift Leaders, Supervisors and Assistant Managers wanting to take the next step in their hospitality career.
**The Role**:
As a Store Manager, you will be Reporting to a hands-on Area Manager who will be there to support you every step of the way to ensure your team and venue succeeds. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the outlet. Delivering amazing customer experience and a proactive approach to getting the job done will be essential in order to succeed in this position.
You must lead the team by example as you will be working with a vibrant and fun team who pride themselves in providing consistent, exceptional customer experience at every touch point.

**You**:
You will have met the following criteria to be successful:
- Must have proven experience in Café/Restaurant/QSR industry
- Be accountable and a strong leader with ability to delegate
- Not just be KPI driven, but also have the intuition to understand customer and staff needs at all times
- Be customer centric in addition to recruit, train and develop staff
- Have a collaborative approach to daily tasks
- Coffee making and food handling experience is essential
- Ability to create an engaged team culture and influence change
- Be a team captain and know how to manage staff (up to 3-5 staff per shift)
- Be able to complete rosters and understand P/L to conduct weekly reporting
- Have solid stock management experience
- Venues are open 7 days a week (10 am to 11 pm)
- 5-day rotating roster (38 hours p/week) - be available on weekends
- Food Handler Certificate - Mandatory
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - desirable
- Must have full working rights in Australia
