About the role
We're looking for a systems and reporting specialist with system coordinationexperience, extensive IT and Microsoft software knowledge, and excellentcustomer service skills, to join the Operations team.
Youwill leverage your deep understanding of data management and reporting tostreamline, automate and implement user-friendly and impactful reportingsystems.
You'll monitor and manage user accounts and access levels across awide range of systems, including our childcare management system (QikKids) andgovernment portals.
As Systems and Reporting Coordinator, you will providefriendly and efficient troubleshooting and system training to our organisation,adapting your communication to suit the digital literacy of your audience.
YourIT expertise will allow you to develop guides and tutorials to support endusers, and you'll contribute to the induction of new staff into our systems.
About You
You are someone who is naturally organised, proactive, andcomfortable navigating different digital systems.
You communicate clearly,solve problems thoughtfully, and enjoy supporting others, especially users withvarying levels of digital confidence.
You bring strong technical and analytical capability,excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
