Job Specification
An excellent opportunity exists for a motivated Pharmacist Manager ready to step into a pivotal role in this busy, customer-focused pharmacy. As the Pharmacist Manager, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the store and dispensary. Key duties include managing and rostering staff, counselling customers, maintaining compliance with pharmacy board regulations, and delivering high-quality patient care. The pharmacy operates on a fortnightly roster averaging 38 hours per week and is well supported with a dispensing tech and a team of up to 8 staff on weekdays.

Skills Required
- General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within an Australian pharmacy. (3 years preferred)
