Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Permanent Full time position Eligibility Open to Everyone Join Our Team – Facilities Services Supervisor Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Services Supervisor to coordinate and oversee maintenance services across Penola War Memorial Hospital. In this key role, you’ll ensure the timely, efficient repair and upkeep of plant, equipment, buildings, and grounds, while supervising contractors and supporting fire and safety programs. Reporting to the Site EO/DON and Facilities Manager, you’ll lead a small team, manage maintenance contracts, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping maintain safe, functional facilities for staff, patients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, strong leadership skills, and a sound understanding of WHS and compliance requirements.
