As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall management of the organisation, ensuring alignment with the Corporate and Operational Plans, and driving strategic initiatives across infrastructure, economic development, and community services. You’ll work closely with the Mayor and Councillors, lead a capable Executive Team, and represent Council in key stakeholder relationships. Major projects include the Scar Street redevelopment, airport upgrades, and the transformation of the John Flynn Centre. About You Renowned as a dynamic and strategic leader you have a proven track record in executive management—ideally within local government or a governance-focused organisation. You bring strong commercial acumen, people leadership, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
