Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team comprising network and server administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Oversee and optimise virtualisation, networking, and security infrastructure, ensuring stability and peak performance.
* Drive cloud adoption strategies, supporting migration efforts and integrating on-premises systems with Azure.
* Ensure security controls are appropriately configured and maintained, particularly across firewalls and network infrastructure.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with organisational goals, balancing cost versus value.
* Establish standards, document processes, and implement best practices for infrastructure management and resilience.
About You
* Proven experience in leading infrastructure teams within hybrid and cloud environments.
* Strong knowledge of VMWare virtualisation, Azure cloud services, and network security (Firewalls, Fortigate).
