As an Employment Consultant, you’ll support individuals on
their journey to find and maintain meaningful employment through the Employment
Services contract.

families and communities and helping to create lasting change.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients daily to support them in overcoming
barriers to employment
- Partner with local employers to promote our services and
secure job vacancies
- Provide holistic, person-centred case management
- Manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Think creatively and adaptively when responding to
individual client needs
What We’re Looking For
Experience in the employment industry is an advantage but
not essential.
If you’re a motivated individual with a can-do attitude, strong
time management skills, and confidence working with diverse clients, we want to
