**Job description**:
Reporting to the Service Desk & Customer Experience Manager, you will be an active member of the team ensuring excellence in customer service as well as the following tasks:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling multiple channels of support enquiries
- Communicate effectively with internal & external customers through end-to-end service delivery fulfilment
- Handle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively to meet the customer's needs
- Capture all user interactions within the online ticketing system
**About you**:
- Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable/Payable, BAS End to End, Payroll, New/Used Vehicle Taxation Law, Financial Reporting, Asset Depreciation/Appreciation, Double Entry Bookkeeping _(Should be a Given for any accountant), _Labour Inventories, Parts/Service/Vehicles Sales Accounting i.e., Inventories, Commissions, Allowances, Accruals
Further to this you will have;
- Experience in the Administration department within a Franchised Automotive environment
- Excellent Customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to achieve within a team environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The right to work full time in Australia
