Our client is seeking a Technical Lead in Salesforce Vlocity to Technical lead a small team of Salesforce Developers. This will be a long-term program based in Melbourne.
As a senior member of a talented multi-disciplinary Scrum team focused on delivery of Salesforce-based solutions as part of a recent and high-profile transformational program, you will:
- Support the creation of design standards and review of the designs, and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions that ensure robustness, re-useability, performance, and quality.
- Ensure solutions adhere to governance and coding standards via reviews.
- Support the code deployment process through all environments including Production.
- Actively participate in daily Scrum ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint plans, estimation sessions, retro's, backlog grooming
- Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components working with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts.
- Help uplift the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
- Support the rollout of CI/CD and DevOps and test automation practices.
- Hands on experience as a Senior Developer in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex, LWC, Ominiscripts, Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors
- Experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, High Level Design (HLD) of Salesforce solutions and features for Service Cloud using Vlocity.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing Salesforce developers and ensuring features built are in line with designs.
- Experience working with Domain and Lead Architects to ensure designs are in line with enterprise roadmaps.
- Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns.
- Integration (REST APIs, Platform Events).
- Experience in large scale Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud implementations.
- Source Control tools e.g. GitLab, Atlassian Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices.
- One or more relevant Salesforce Certifications and commitment to ongoing self-development
