This role blends brand expression, packaging design, performance creative and digital storytelling, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to see their work land in real customers' homes.About the RoleAs our in-house Senior Designer, you'll shape how our brand appears across product, packaging, campaigns, paid advertising, email, social and retail environments.
You'll work closely with our founders, performance team and brand team to produce design that feels polished, purposeful and consistent.What You'll DoLead brand design across campaigns, product stories and seasonal creative.Own packaging design from concept through to print-ready files and supplier coordination.Create packaging suitable for ECom/CPG and retail environments, with strong in-hand and shelf impact.Design high-quality assets for Meta & Google ads, emails (Klaviyo), website and landing pages.Build modular creative systems that support testing, iteration and performance insights.Maintain brand consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.Collaborate with marketing, performance and product teams to bring ideas to life.Manage multiple projects calmly and confidently in a fast-moving environment.About YouYou're an experienced designer who cares about craft, clarity and the customer.
You enjoy taking ownership, sweating the small details and working with a team who genuinely values good design.You'll Bring5+ years' experience in brand, packaging or graphic design (agency or in-house).
A portfolio showing packaging, brand systems and digital/eCommerce creative.Experience designing for consumer goods, retail shelves or FMCG/CPG products.Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.Experience preparing packaging for print and working with suppliers.Understanding of performance creative across Meta/Google.A collaborative, thoughtful and open approach.Nice to HaveMotion graphics (After Effects)3D product or packaging rendersExperience in DTC or lifestyle brandsWhy You'll Love Working HereYou'll join a tight-knit team that values ownership, simplicity and authenticity.
