What you'll be doing:
* Being the first point of contact for customers, greeting them at our trade sales counter and handling telephone enquiries.
* Processing orders with accuracy, clarifying details, and following up on their status.
* Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and stock availability.
* Handling invoices and payments at the front counter.
* Providing adhoc administrative support to the team.
What we're looking for:
* Exceptional customer service skills – you love helping people
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organisation and self-motivation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
* Ideally, experience in the roofing or plumbing industry (a big plus).
* Someone looking for a long-term opportunity – this role is designed to become permanent after 3 months.
