As a care professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in living independently at home. This in-home care position is based on Phillip Island, Wonthaggi, Grantville, Bass, Corinella, Foster and Mirboo regions.
About the Job
* Provide in-home care assistance with activities of daily living, including domestic cleaning and personal care.
* Assist with meal preparation and domestic assistance throughout the client's home.
* Support community access and transportation to appointments.
Requirements
* You must hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or a first-year Bachelor of Nursing.
* You must have completed First Aid and CPR training.
* You must have a Valid Victorian Driver's Licence with comprehensive car insurance and reliable transport.
* You must be available at least three days a week during business hours Monday to Friday.
* You must have flexible availability to meet clients' needs.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:
