You’ll have strong stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, influence and empower leaders across the business, effectively manage employee performance and mitigate risk.You’ll also have a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience; being able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and litigious environment, with the overall aim of promoting a positive workplace culture.You’ll NeedTertiary qualification in Law, HR, business, Commerce, Industrial Relations, or a related disciplineProven experience working in a HR business partner or equivalent role, ideally within a multi-site organisationSound knowledge of employee relations legislationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA track record of taking initiative and achieving pragmatic outcomesYou’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team are committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey.
