Strategic Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial credit and analytical skills, with experience in sales environments within financial services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing strategic relationships with commercial brokers to position our business banking and commercial lending solutions
* Managing a portfolio of brokers to successfully qualify, educate and convert broker opportunities
* Achieving monthly sales targets, conversions, quality, compliance, and KYC
* Working closely with industry and banking segments to deliver exceptional broker and client experiences
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented and possess a proactive approach. Strong communication skills and a learning mindset are essential. A desire to maintain and strengthen existing relationships as well as develop new business is also required.
Our business banking team operates in 31 markets worldwide, offering a range of financial services to clients. We aim to provide reasonable adjustments to individuals who may need support during the recruitment process and through working arrangements.
