Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
* Ensure clear verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
* Operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage referrals and appointment bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assist clinicians with administrative tasks, providing support to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Maintain patient/doctor confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills:


Qualifications and Experience

* A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to multitask under pressure, ensuring that deadlines are met efficiently.
* A high standard of personal integrity, maintaining confidentiality at all times.


Working Conditions

* 8-hour shift.
* Day shift.
* Weekend availability may be required.
